Simply tap the record button in the app to start recording audio. When you're done, tap stop and your transcription will be generated automatically.
JustTranscribe requires microphone access to record audio for transcription. Your recordings are sent to AssemblyAI for processing and are never stored on our servers. Audio is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
You can sign in using email/password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. Simply tap the sign-in button on the welcome screen and follow the prompts.
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Audio is never stored on our servers - it's sent to AssemblyAI for processing and deleted immediately. Transcriptions are not stored in our database and remain only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Yes. You can delete your account directly in the app settings (tap Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us at support@justtranscribe.com. Your data will be permanently deleted immediately from our database. Note: Audio and transcriptions are never stored on our servers, so there's no audio data to delete.
JustTranscribe supports transcription in 100+ languages through AssemblyAI, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and many more. The language is automatically detected.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store settings, not within JustTranscribe:
